Argentina’s Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen has acted as deal counsel in the fourteen issuance under the trust securities programme “Cohen” worth $40 million on which Fértil Finanzas S.A.. acted as Trustor and Cohen S.A. acted as Trustee and issuer of the deal.
Cohen S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Ad Cap Securities S.A. and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. were the placement agents in the transaction, which closed on November 31. The Trust issued the debt securities in three classes worth a total of ARG $83.067.577. (U$S1.393.805)
The Trust assets are present and future credits originated by Fertil Finanzas S.A. through the use of the credit card.
