PAGBAM adviced on the issuance of Banco Ciudad’s securities
On July 25, 2019, Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (the “Bank”) issued, in the local capital markets, notes for an aggregate principal amount of AR$ 1,627,375,000 (pesos one thousand six hundred twenty seven million three hundred seventy five thousand) due 24 months after the issue date, within the framework of its Global Program of Short, Medium and Long Term Securities Issuances for an aggregate principal amount of U$S 1,500 million (or its equivalent in other currencies) (the “Program”).
The Bank acted as issuer, organizer and placement agent, being advised by DLA Piper Argentina, while the Banco Santander Río S.A., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A., Macro Securities S.A. and TPCG Valores S.A. acted as placement agents, all advised by Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen.
The notes will be listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A., negotiated in Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A., and have been accepted by Euroclear.
