Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Euro S.A. (the "Company") on the amendment of the terms and conditions of the Senior Notes Class II ("Senior Notes Class II ") issued under the Programme, that were approved by an Extraordinary Senior Notes Class II Holders Meeting held on November 4, 2019, in order to (i) extend payment of Principal and Interests due on October 22, 2019 plus penalty interests as of March 22, 2020 and (ii) modify the fix interest rate (the "Interest Rate") of 9% per annum, setting such new Interest Rate in 14% per annum. The amendments on the Senior Notes Class II were approved by the unanimous consent of the Senior Notes Class II holders in accordance with the Senior Notes Class II Price Supplement.
The Argentine Securities Commission (the “CNV”) approved the Addendum to the Senior Notes Class II Price Supplement (the "Addendum") on December 20, 2019.
