PAGBAM acted as advisor of Viña San Pedro Tarapacá S.A., part of the group CCU, in the acquisition by Viña San Pedro Tarapacá S.A. of the vine business of the brands Graffigna, Colón and Santa Silvia to Pernod Ricard Argentina S.R.L.
The transaction implied the selling of different assets in different Argentine provinces which made the transaction particularly complex since it was necessary to perform different acts in different jurisdictions simultaneously and the obtaining of national and provincial approvals prior to closing. Vineyards in the Provinces of San Juan and Mendoza were sold in the scope of the transaction.
The sum of the transaction remains confidencial.
