Expertise

Constanza Ríos has a vast expertise in Employment and Social Security Law, with more than ten years of experience on those fields. In PAGBAM SCHWENCKE she oversees the Labor and Employment department.

Mrs. Ríos has a vast experience in individual and collective labor matters. In this way, she has experience advising national and foreign companies in daily labor topics, on the preparation of the labor documentation and on the preparation of complex labor strategies, as well as she has vast experience on labor litigation at the labor Courts and on labor union matters and collective bargaining.

Education

Mrs. Rios graduated as a lawyer in Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2008 with double distinction.

She has a Master in Labor and Social Security Law in Universidad de Chile (2020) and a Diploma in la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014) on the same field.

During 2010 she studied English in the Australian College of English.
