Expertise

Gonzalo Aravena is a lawyer specialized in Labour Law and Social Security, with more than ten years of experience in these fields of Law. At PAGBAM SCHWENCKE he is in charge of the Labour Law area.

Mr. Aravena has vast experience in matters of individual and collective labour law. He has experience advising both national and foreign companies on daily labor issues, in drafting labour documentation and working with complex labour strategies, as well as extensive experience in labour litigation before courts and in union matters and collective bargaining.

Education

Mr. Aravena holds a law degree from Adolfo Ibáñez University of Viña del Mar in 2011, with distinction. Then, in 2012 he received the title of lawyer from the E. Supreme Court of Justice.

He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Melbourne, Australia (2018) and a Diploma from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014) in Labour Law and Social Security.
