Our Antitrust team, lead by Luis Barry and Carolina Abdelnabe Vila, drafted the Argentina section of the newly launched Mergerfilers.com

Mergerfilers provides an always up to date and well-explained worldwide merger control guide with  a “traffic light system” indicating any pending changes of regulations.

Users can use the decision database to find precedents on market definitions and create a free account to receive alerts on future changes of regulations and new merger decisions.
