Alan Arntsen is one of the founding partners of PAGBAM. He covers the following areas of business: corporate and cross border transactions (covering finance, banking, M&As, energy and agribusiness); in and out of court restructurings and workouts; sovereign (The Republic of Argentina and Province of Buenos Aires) debt issues and restructuring; and major infrastructure cross border transactions.
Mr. Arntsen represents: foreign investors with local assets – which includes board of directors’ membership; E&P foreign investors owning significant O&G fields; agribusiness (crop protection and seed technology) multinationals; multilateral organizations, international banks, funds, financial institutions, lenders, borrowers and depositaries; and bondholders, trustees and steering committees.
He has been entrusted as the Argentine State designated representative at Solvay Indupa S.A.I.C board of directors and by The Bank of New York Mellon as its legal representative for the Argentine Republic (authorized by the Argentine Central Bank).
