(the “Bank” or “BACS”) regarding the issuance of the Notes Series No. 7 (the “Note Series No. 7” or the “Notes”), issued under the Frequent Issuer Regime, Frequent Issuer Registry No. 1 granted by Disposition No. ID-2018-57-APN-GE#CNV dated November 1, 2018 and ratified by Disposition No. DI-2021-12-APN-GE#CNV dated May 11, 2021 from the “Gerencia de Emisoras” of the Comisión Nacional de Valores. Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen acted as counsel to the Placement Agents.
On February 7, 2022, the Bank successfully completed the placement and issuance of the Note Series No. 7 for an aggregate of AR$ 1,500,000,000 Note Series No. 7 maturing on 12 months from its issue date and bear a variable interest rate equal to the Private Badlar Rate (Tasa Badlar Privada) plus 4% per annum, payable on a quarterly basis.
The offering was directed to the domestic market and therefore the Notes will be listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and admitted for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
