Investigación por expiración del plazo de medida antidumping aplicada sobre hojas de sierra manuales rectas de acero rápido, provenientes de China

El 4 de agosto de 2022 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución Nº 661/2022 del Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo (la “Resolución”), por medio de la cual se declaró procedente la apertura de una investigación por expiración del plazo de vigencia de la medida antidumping dispuesta por la Resolución N° 398/17 del ex Ministerio de Producción a operaciones de exportación hacia la República Argentina de hojas de sierra manuales rectas de acero rápido, originarias de la República Popular China, y clasificadas bajo las posiciones arancelarias de la Nomenclatura Común del MERCOSUR (N.C.M.) 8202.91.00 y 8202.99.90.

Asimismo, el artículo 2 de la Resolución dispuso mantener vigentes los derechos específicos de importación antidumping fijados por la Resolución N° 398/17 del ex Ministerio de Producción, hasta tanto se concluya el procedimiento de revisión iniciado.

Las partes interesadas que acrediten su condición de tales podrán participar en la investigación.

Antidumping measures

Investigation upon the expiration of antidumping measures on straight manual saw blades of high speed steel, originated in China

On August 4, 2022 Resolution No. 661/2022 of the Ministry of Productive Development (the “Resolution”) was published in the Official Gazette. It initiated a review upon the expiry of the antidumping duties set forth by Resolution No. 398/17 of the former Ministry of Production for export operations to Argentina of straight manual saw blades of high speed steel, classified under the tariff codes MCN 8202.91.00 and 8202.99.90, from the People’s Republic of China.

Article 2 of the Resolution states that the antidumping import duties set forth by Resolution No. 398/17 will remain in force, pending the result of the investigation.

Interested parties may participate in the investigation.
