The Notes were issued on August 11, 2022
The Notes are guaranteed by Banco Comafi S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco Santander Argentina S.A. as Guarantee Entities authorized by the National Securities Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).
