On June 7th, 2023, the Notes were successfully issued in the aggregate amount of Arg.$ 2,500,000,000 (u$s 10,205,468.74), maturing on March 7th, 2025, at a variable interest rate equivalent to the “BADLAR Privada'' reference rate published by the Argentine Central Bank, plus a cut-off margin of 1.23% nominal annual percentage points and will be amortized in three payments, on September 7th, 2024 (for the 33.3% of the capital), on December 7th, 2024 (for the 33.3% of the capital) and on March 7th, 2025 (for the remaining 33.34% of the principal). Likewise, the Notes will pay quarterly interest, on September 7th, 2023, December 7th, 2023, March t 7th, 2024, June 7th, 2024, September 7th, 2024, December 7th, 2024 and March 7th, 2025. The Company will use the proceeds for granting short-term loans to the Toyota dealer network in Argentina.
Toyota Compañía Financiera de Argentina is the financial company of Toyota Argentina S.A. whose purpose is to finance the acquisition of the vehicles marketed by such company.
