From its new Latin American Desk, PAGBAM offers its clients a new office that will focus on providing comprehensive legal services for projects in Latin America. With professionals specialized in the most varied areas of law, we extend the scope of our services to a regional level in order to offer international advice and coordination of interdisciplinary teams for multinational clients.

Our team is well prepared to serve the interests of our clients in all matters related to the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts of any kind, as well as advising on international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing of infrastructure projects, telecommunications and real estate, among others. 

The opening of our Latin American Desk represents the consolidation of a project that has been developing institutionally for some time, including the integration of PAGBAM Schwencke Chile, which allows us to have an experienced international team, ready to face the challenges of the region with a broad perspective.
