On November 20, 2025, Banco Hipotecario successfully completed the placement and issuance of the Series No. 11 Notes for an aggregate amount of ARS 33,784,039,169 (Argentine Pesos thirty-three billion seven hundred eighty-four million thirty-nine thousand one hundred sixty-nine), maturing on November 20, 2026, bearing a variable interest rate of 3.5%, and issued at 100% of face value. Of such amount, ARS 15,762,770,150 (Argentine Pesos fifteen billion seven hundred sixty-two million seven hundred seventy thousand one hundred fifty) will be integrated in kind through the delivery of the Series No. 8 Notes.
On the same date, Banco Hipotecario also completed the placement and issuance of the Series No. 12 Notes, for an aggregate amount of US$ 34,407,562 (United States Dollars thirty-four million four hundred seven thousand five hundred sixty-two), which will bear a fixed interest rate of 6.00%, at an issuance price of 100% of face value, and will mature on November 20, 2026.
The offer was directed to the local market, and the Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and for negotiation on A3 Mercados S.A.
