Syndicated credit facility to Central Dock Sud S.A.

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Banco Santander Argentina S.A. and Banco Industrial S.A. in the granting of a syndicated credit facility of up to US$30,000,000, governed by Argentine law, to Central Dock Sud S.A. (“CDS”), one of the country’s leading thermal power generation companies, with an installed capacity of more than 930 MW.

The proceeds of the credit facility will be used by CDS to make payments in connection with the award of firm natural gas transportation capacity to Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A.

The transaction closed on July 17, 2026.
