Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A.U., and Banco Comafi S.A. in their capacity as arrangers, placement agents and guarantee entities, in connection with the issuance of the PyME CNV Garantizada Series I Notes (Obligaciones Negociables) of Agropecuaria Sur S.A. (the "Issuer"), denominated and payable in Pesos, in an aggregate principal amount of $3,350,000,000, issued on August 12, 2026 and maturing on August 12, 2028, which will accrue interest at a interest rate equivalent to the TAMAR Rate plus -0.10%, issued under the Public Offering Regime with Automatic Authorization for Low Impact Issuances of the Argentine Securities Commission (the "Notes").
The Notes are guaranteed by Banco Supervielle S.A. for up to $1,500,000,000, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A.U. for up to $1,100,000,000, and Banco Comafi S.A. for up to $750,000,000, as Guarantee Entities authorized by the Argentine Securities Commission, in accordance with the guarantee certificates granted.
The offering of the Notes was directed to the general public and the Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (ByMA) and for trading on A3 Mercados S.A. (A3).
The Issuer is a family-owned agricultural company founded in 1996, headquartered in the Department of Gualeguaychú, Province of Entre Ríos, engaged in agricultural and livestock operations. Its corporate purpose, as set forth in its bylaws, encompasses agricultural-livestock, industrial, commercial, transportation, agency and services activities, as well as rural contracting activities, related to the production and marketing of grains, livestock and other agricultural products.
