La Agencia Nacional de Puertos y Navegación convoca al procedimiento de Elaboración Participativa de Normas sobre evaluación de impacto ambiental en puertos y vías navegables
El 11 de septiembre de 2026 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución N° 57/2026 (la “Resolución”) de la Agencia Nacional de Puertos y Navegación (la “ANPyN”). La Resolución declaró el inicio del mecanismo de “Elaboración Participativa de Normas” respecto del proyecto de “Procedimiento para la Evaluación del Impacto Ambiental de Obras y Actividades en Puertos y Vías Navegables bajo la jurisdicción de la Agencia Nacional de Puertos y Navegación” (el “Proyecto”).
El Proyecto tiene por objeto regular el régimen de evaluación, gestión y control ambiental aplicable a las obras y actividades que se proyecten desarrollar en puertos, canales de acceso y vías navegables bajo la jurisdicción de la ANPyN.
La Resolución prevé que quienes invoquen un derecho o interés en el Proyecto podrán presentar sus opiniones y propuestas hasta el día 2 de octubre de 2026. Dicha presentación deberá formularse por escrito conforme al formulario del Anexo VI y remitirse vía correo electrónico a propuestas.epn@anpyn.gob.ar.

The National Ports and Navigation Agency calls for the Participatory Rulemaking procedure regarding environmental impact assessment in ports and navigable waterways
On September 11, 2026, Resolution No. 57/2026 (the “Resolution”) of the National Ports and Navigation Agency (“ANPyN”) was published in the Official Gazette, by means of which the initiation of the “Participatory Rulemaking” mechanism was declared regarding the project for the “Procedure for the Environmental Impact Assessment of Works and Activities in Ports and Waterways under the jurisdiction of the National Ports and Navigation Agency” (the “Project”).
The purpose of the Project is to regulate the environmental assessment, management, and control framework applicable to works and activities planned for development in ports, access channels, and waterways under the jurisdiction of the ANPyN.
The Resolution sets forth that any person with a right or interest in the Project may submit their opinions and proposals until October 2, 2026. Such submissions must be made in writing using the form in Annex VI and sent via email to propuestas.epn@anpyn.gob.ar.
