Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal acted as counsel of Angel Estrada y Compañía S.A. in the issue of Class VII and VIII of its short term local notes for up to AR$ 100,000,000 extendable for up to AR$ 180,000,000 with maturity on June 15, 2019 (the “Notes”).
The Notes were issued under its AR$360,000,000 global short note program
Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen acted as counsel of the underwriters: Cohen S.A., Banco Santander Río S.A. and BBVA Banco Francés S.A.
The Notes are listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and Mercado Abierto Electrónico.
