He has extensive experience in the negotiation and implementation of termination agreements for executive personnel, reduction of judicial portfolios and litigation prevention.
In addition, he has extensive experience in due diligence processes and negotiations for the sale and purchase of companies.
Education
Matias received his law degree with honors from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires in 2011.
He completed a specialization in Labor and Social Security Law at the Law School of the Argentine Catholic University in 2015 and a post-graduate course on Complex Litigation before the Supreme Court of Justice of Argentina at the Torcuato Di Tella University in 2017.
He also completed a specialization in Labor Human Rights and Transnational Labor Law at the University of Castilla La Mancha, Spain, in 2018.

Between 2015 and 2022 he was part of Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi Law Firm, where he worked as Senior Lawyer of the Labor and Social Security Law Department.
Previously, he worked as an attorney at De Diego & Asociados Law Firm, providing labor advice both in the litigation and consulting areas.
