Facundo Fernández Santos is a member of our Tax Law team.
His professional practice is focused on advising major national and international companies, as well as individuals, both resident in Argentina and abroad, on tax matters. He provides tax advice in financial transactions (both local and international), transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, transfers of shares, technology transfer agreements, among others. Mr. Fernandez Santos practice includes advice on tax planning, national and international.
Education
Mr. Facundo Fernández Santos graduated (with honors) as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in July 2013.
In 2012 he received the award “Acknowledgement to Excellent Academic Performance in Legal Studies” from the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
Mr. Fernandez Santos is finishing his post-graduate master degree on Tax Law at University of Buenos Aires Economic and Business School (thesis pending).
