Martín Casse’s practice focuses on advising companies in corporate, commercial, and real estate matters.  At PAGBAM SCHWENCKE, he is director of the corporate department of the Firm.

Mr. Casse has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign companies on day-to-day corporate matters, the development of corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, venture capital, real estate projects and financing.

Education

Mr. Casse holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of California, Berkeley (2020).

Academic & Professional Experience

Martín Casse joined our firm in 2021, having worked as an associate lawyer in other law firms in Santiago. In August 2023, he was appointed director of the corporate area of PAGBAM SCHWENCKE.
He was assistant professor of Commercial Law at Gabriela Mistral University Law School in 2020.
