Maximiliano Concha is a lawyer specialized in Tax Law with more than ten years of experience. He has extensive knowledge in tax advice, with a particular emphasis on tax planning for national and international transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. Likewise, his practice extends to comprehensive consulting in the design, development, and implementation of investment projects and reorganizations, in order to achieve an efficient structure for each particular operation.

Education

Mr. Concha obtained his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2011, with distinction.
He has a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of California, Berkeley (2018).
