Expertise

Mr. Fernández Madero is primarily focused on Project Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, and Foreign Exchange Regulations.

Mr. Fernández Madero took part of numerous financing transactions, either corporate financing or project finances, counseling both financial entities and corporations.  

In addition, Mr. Fernández Madero is counsel of several corporations and financial institutions in debt restructuring, recapitalization processes, mergers, acquisition, and public offering matters.

Education

Mr. Fernández Madero obtained his law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina, in 2011.

Mr. Fernández Madero also completed the Master Degree in Economic Business Law at the Austral University, 2016. He participated in several seminars and conferences related to Banking and Debt Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, public offering, among others. 

Mr. Fernández Madero has an International Legal English Certificate issued by the University of Cambridge.

Academic & Professional Experience

Before joining PAGBAM, Mr. Fernández Madero worked as paralegal in Fornieles Law Firm (2007-2009), as an associate junior at Ambrogi Law Firm (2010-2012) and as an intermediate associate at O´Farrel Law Firm (2012-2015).

Admissions & Affiliations

Mr. Fernández Madero has been admitted to practice law in Argentina and is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
