Education
Mr. Incera obtained his law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1980. He later obtained a Master Degree in Procedural Law from the Universidad Notarial Argentina in 1987.
Academic & Professional Experience
Luis Incera was associated with the Bruzón law firm during 1979-1980. He was later associated with Klein & Mairal from 1981 to 1990.
In 1990, he founded Negri, Teijeiro & Incera. In 2004, Mr. Incera joined PAGBAM as Partner.
He was an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina between 1980 and 1990. He was also Assistant Professor of Bankruptcy Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina from 1990 to 1992. Since 2004, Luis is Incera is Adjunct Professor of Commercial Law at the at the Universidad Católica Argentina.
He has published several articles related to his professional practice.
Admissions & Affiliations
Luis Incera has been Director of Commercial Law Affiliates, now Meritas Law Network, during 1997 and 1998. Since 2011 he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Arte BA Foundation. In 2018 he was designated Member of the “Comité de Apelación de la Súper Liga Argentina de Fútbol”
He is a member of the Bar Association of the city of Buenos Aires.
