Juan Pablo Schwencke is a leading business lawyer and advisor in Chile and the region. Education
Juan Pablo Schwencke holds a Law Degree from the Universidad de Chile (1994), and an L.L.M. from the Columbia University Law School (1997).

Juan Pablo Schwencke is partner of PAGBAM Schwencke since 2020.
Prior, he was founding partner of Schwencke & Cia y AninatSchwencke, partner of Barros Letelier & Cia. and associate lawyer of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and Frankfurt.
Aditional to his profesional practice, he has taught at the Law Faculty of the Universidad de Chile, the Law Faculty of the Universidad Diego Portales and the Business School of the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.
As a well-connected business advisor and influential lawyer, Mr. Schwencke also seats in various board of directors of local and international companies conducting business majorly in Chile and is a permanent columnist at La Segunda, a local business and political newspaper.
Juan Pablo Schwencke is often a lecturer on - amongst others - M&A / private equity matters and is involved with many not-for-profit organizations.
