On December 20th, 2022 Petróleos Sudamericanos S.A. (“Petróleos Sudamericanos”) made its inaugural notes issuance in the local capital market, by issuing the class I of notes, denominated in U.S. Dollars, payable in Pesos, for a total nominal amount of US$ 2,791,280 (the “Class I Notes”). The issuance of Class I Notes was made under the company’s Global Program of up to US$ 35,000,000.
Class I Notes, maturing on December 20th, 2024, will accrue interest at a nominal annual fixed rate of 2.10%, and will amortize its principal in three quarterly payments starting on June 20, 2024.
In addition, Class I Notes have been locally rated “A-(arg)” by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A on December 13th, 2022. Also, they were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In the issuance of Class I Notes, Petróleos Sudamericanos acted as issuer and was advised by the team of Beccar Varela led by its Partner Luciana Denegri with the participation of its Associates María Victoria Pavani Julián Ojeda, Franco Scervino and Tomás Cappellini. On their behalf, Banco Santander Argentina S.A. acted as organizer and placement agent, and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U, Invertir en Bolsa S.A., Provincia Bursátil S.A. and Puente Hnos S.A. acted as placement agents, and were advised by the team of Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arnsten lead by its Partner Diego Serrano Redonnet with the participation of its Associates Alejo Muñoz de Toro, Nahuel Perez de Villarreal and Mora Mangiaterra Pizarro.
