Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Grupo Gaman in the acquisition of the company Lloyd Transatlántico S.R.L. ("Lloyd Viajes & Eventos").

Lloyd Viajes & Eventos is a leading travel agency in Argentina whose main purpose is to provide travel and tourism services in Argentina and abroad.

With this acquisition, Grupo Gaman enters into the tourism industry, adding a new activity to the different business units it currently operates.
