Banco Comafi S.A. acted as Trustor, Administrator, Organizer, Co-Placement Agent, Custody Agent and Collection Agent; while TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as Trustee, and Comafi Bursátil S.A. as Co-Placement Agent in the transaction, which closed on April 21st, 2025.
The trust programme, called “COMAFI MULTIACTIVOS”, consists of loans under leasing agreements originated by the Trustor, in pesos, arising from financing transactions on movable property. Banco Comafi issued the debt securities in two classes worth a total of US$12,363,662.06.
