Argentina’s Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen has acted as deal counsel in Banco Comafi’s sixteenth issuance under a global trust securities programme worth US$300 million.
Banco Comafi S.A. acted as Trustor, Administrator, Organizer, Co-Placement Agent, Custody Agent and Collection Agent; while TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as Trustee, and Comafi Bursátil S.A. as Co-Placement Agent in the transaction, which closed on December 13, 2024.
The trust programme, called “COMAFI MULTIACTIVOS”, consists of loans under leasing agreements originated by the Trustor, in pesos, arising from financing transactions on movable property. Banco Comafi issued the debt securities in three classes worth a total of US$2.3 million.
