Buenos Aires, June 26, 2023. On June 16, 2023 Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. (“BST”) issued series XIII, simple, not convertible into shares, denominated and payable in Pesos at a variable interest rate, for a nominal value of $2,107,000.000 (Pesos two thousand one hundred seven million) maturing 12 months from the Issue and Settlement Date (the “Series XIII Notes”) under the Global Program for the Issuance of Notes up to US$30,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value)
In addition, whereas on the one hand Series XIII Notes have been locally rated “ML A-2 .ar” by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A, Fix Argentina has on the other hand rated the Class XXII Notes as “A3(arg). The series XIII Notes have been admitted for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In the issuance of Series XIII Notes, BST acted as issuer and placement agent and was advised by the team of Bruchou & Funes de Rioja led by its Partner José María Bazan with the participation of its Associates Leandro Exequiel Belusci, Branko Serventich and Pedro María Azumendi
Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Facimex Valores S.A., Industrial Valores S.A., SBS Trading S.A. and Banco Comafi S.A. acted as underwriters, being advised by the Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arnsten team led by Partner Diego Serrano Redonnet with the participation of Associates Alejo Muñoz de Toro, Nahuel Perez de Villarreal and Mora Mangiaterra Pizarro.
