Credicuotas Consumo S.A. (“Credicuotas”) issued the Class V Short-Term Notes for an amount of $1,055,000,000 (the “Class V Short-Term Notes”) within the framework of their Short Term Notes Program up to $2,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
Banco Industrial S.A. (“BIND”) acted as arranger and, Industrial Valores S.A. (“IVSA”), Banco Santander Río S.A. (“Santander Argentina”), Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U. (“Balanz”) and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. (“Galicia”), acted as placement agents (jointly, the “Placement Agents”), in the issuance of the Class V Short-Term Notes.
The Class V Short-Term Notes are denominated in pesos, maturing on November 12, 2022 with a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR rate plus a margin of 5.00%. The Class V Short-Term Notes were issued on November 12, 2021.
The Class V Short-Term Notes were admitted to listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and to be traded in Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
Credicutoas will apply the net cash proceeds of the Class V Short-Term Notes for capital expenditures considering that the purpose of the activity of Credicuotas is the creation, commercialization and operation of credit and/or debit card systems and the granting of microcredits and/or loans to individuals and/or legal entities.
