On February 29, 2024, CNH Industrial Capital Argentina S.A. (“CNHI Capital”) issued its 7.50% notes, denominated in USD, subscribed, integrated and payable in ARS at the applicable exchange rate, due in February 2026 for a total amount of USD 53,299,000 (the “Class 6 Notes”).
The Class 6 Notes are authorized to be traded in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
Banco Santander Argentina S.A. and Banco Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. acted as placement agents and arrangers, and Puente Hnos. S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., and Banco Patagonia S.A. acted as placement agents in the issuance of the Class 6 Notes (the “Placement Agents”).
Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as counsel to CNHI Capital. In turn, Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen acted as counsel for the Placement Agents.
