Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen legally assisted Dragados S.A. (“Dragados”) in the agreement to sell to Inversora Mercedes (“Inversora Mercedes”) all of the shares owned by Dragados in Dycasa S.A. (“Dycasa” or the “Company”), which represent 66.10% of the capital stock and 88.88% of the votes of the Company. The remaining capital stock of Dycasa is owned by investors through the capital market, for which Inversora Mercedes will launch a tender offer, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Dragados is an international company with subsidiaries in Europe and Latin America and its head office is based in Spain.
Dycasa is a company listed on Bolsas y Mercados S.A. (BYMA) that is dedicated to the construction of major works and the exploitation of public works concessions, both directly and through investee companies. Its trajectory includes the execution of works of diverse specialties, such as road works, port works, commercial and industrial constructions, hydraulic and sanitation works, among others.
