Argentina’s Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen has acted as deal counsel in the fourth issuance under the trust securities programme “Concepción” worth US$20 million on which Concepción S.A. acted as Trustor and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) acted as Trustee and issuer of the deal.
Adcap S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A y Banco Supervielle S.A. were the placement agents in the transaction, which closed on July 15th. Concepción issued the debt securities in three classes worth a total of ARS $188,424,941 (U$S 1,471,877.82).
The Trust Assets are the present and future credit rights deriving from the deferred payment checks and invoices of Cooperativa de Vivienda, Crédito y Consumo Concepción Ltda.
