Buenos Aires, November , 2021. On November 4, Hijos de Salvador Muñoz S.A. ("Salvita" or “HSM”, indistinctly) made its first issuance in the local capital market, by issuing the class I of notes, denominated in U.S. Dollars, to be integrated and payable in Pesos, for a total nominal amount of US$ 6,327,130 (the “Class I Notes”). The issuance of Class I Notes was made under the company’s Global Program of up to US$ 50,000,000.
The Class I Notes, maturing on November 4, 2023, will accrue interest at a nominal annual fixed rate equivalent to 3%, and will amortize its principal in three quarterly payments starting on May 4, 2023.
In addition, Class I Notes have been locally rated “A-(arg)” by FIX SCR S.A., admitted for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In the issuance of Class I Notes, Hijos de Salvador Muñoz S.A. acted as issuer and was advised by the team of Beccar Varela led by Luciana Denegri with the participation of María Victoria Pavani and Julián Ojeda. On their behalf, Allaria Ledesma & Cia S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Itaú Argentina S.A., Banco Santander Río S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Futuros del Sur S.A. and Itaú Valores S.A. acted as placement agents, and were advised by the team of Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arnsten lead by Diego Serrano Redonnet with the participation of Alejo Muñoz del Toro y Adriana Tucci.
