The Notes were subscribed, integrated and payable in Argentine pesos and due on July 19, 2024.
The Notes were issued on July 19, 2022. The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco CMF S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco Santander Argentina S.A. as Guarantee Entities authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).
