RIZOBACTER ARGENTINA S.A. (“Rizobacter”), a leader in agricultural microbiology, carried out the issuance of Notes Series VII under its Global Note Program for the issuance of notes for a nominal value of up to US $80,000,000.

The Notes were issued on December 28, 2021 in one class for an amount of US$ 20,000,000 denominated in U.S. dollars, to be integrated and payable in Pesos, at a fixed interest rate of 1.49% and maturing on December 28, 2024.
