RIZOBACTER ARGENTINA S.A. ("Rizobacter"), a leader in agricultural microbiology, carried out the issuance of Notes Series VI for a total amount of approximately US$ 16 million. under its Global Note Program for the issuance of notes for a nominal value of up to US $80,000,000.

The Notes were issued on September 7th, 2021 in two classes: (i) Class A for an amount of US$ 12,717,475, denominated in U.S. dollars, to be integrated and payable in Pesos, at a fixed interest rate of 3.75%, maturing on March 7, 2023; and (ii) Class B for an amount of US$ 3,428,224, denominated in U.S. dollars, to be integrated and payable in Pesos, at a fixed interest rate of 5.25% and maturing on September 7, 2024.
