Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Comafi S.A., and Banco Santander Argentina S.A. as arrangers and placement agents (jointly, the “Arrangers”) and Tarallo S.A. as placement agent (together with the Arrangers, the “Placement Agents”) in the issuance of the following: (i) Series II Class 1 Notes with a nominal value of ARS 4,304,569,050; denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the BADLAR rate plus a 6.00% margin, maturing on September 10, 2026; and (ii) Series II Class 3 Notes with a nominal value of USD 2.486.953; denominated in US Dollars and payable in Argentine Pesos, which will accrue interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 6.25%, maturing on September 10, 2026 (the “Notes”).
The Notes will be issued on September 10, 2024; and are fully guaranteed by Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Comafi S.A., and Banco Santander Argentina S.A. in their capacity as guaranteeing entities (jointly, the “Guaranteeing Entities”) authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).
