Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (“PAGBAM”) advised Louis Dreyfus Company (“LDC”) in the acquisition of a grain storage and conditioning plant located in the Department of Tala, District Cle Gualeguay, Municipality of Gobernador Mansilla, Province of Entre Ríos, Argentina.
The property on which the storage plant is located has a surface area of approximately 7 hectares. The plant has a static capacity of 7,500 tons in silos, plus a neighboring property for additional storage in silo bags; it also has three silos for storing and dispatching fertilizers.
The acquisition of the storage plant is part of the company's strategic plans to strengthen its grain and oilseed trading operations in the country and supports the expansion of its activities in the country.
PAGBAM acted as legal counsel to LDC, with a team led by the real estate law department, including partner Guillermo E.
