On May 7, 2024, AGRONORTE S.R.L., an official John Deere dealer, which sells the entire range of John Deere products, both in the agricultural and construction lines, issued new notes under the PYME CNV Guaranteed regime.
Series II class A notes were issued for a nominal amount of ARS 1,052,531,200 (Argentine Pesos one thousand fifty two million five hundred thirty one thousand two hundred), at a variable rate, maturing on May 7, 2026; and series II class B notes for a nominal amount of USD 425,300 (U.S. dollars four hundred twenty five thousand three hundred), at a fixed annual nominal rate, maturing on May 7, 2026 (together the “Notes”).
The Notes have been authorized for listing with Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. In the transaction Tarallo S.A. participated as arranger and placement agent, Banco Santander Argentina S.A. and Banco Hipotecario S.A. participated as placement agents and Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco Hipotecario S.A. and Acindar Pymes S.G.R. participated as guarantors.
Likewise, Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen acted as legal counsel to Banco Santander Argentina S.A. through the team composed by partner Diego Serrano Redonnet, counselor Alejo Muñoz de Toro, and associates Joaquín López Matheu and Mora Mangiaterra Pizarro.
