On November 12, 2024, CNH Industrial Capital Argentina S.A. (“CNHI Capital”) issued the class 7 notes, for a total amount of USD 17,014,797, which will bear a fixed interest rate of 6% and will mature on November 12, 2026; and the class 8 notes, for a total amount of USD 11,056,884, which will bear a fixed interest rate of 7.5% and will mature on November 12, 2028 (the “Notes”). The Notes were issued under the CNHI Capital’s Global Notes Program not convertible into shares for up to USD 200.000.000 (US Dollars two hundred million) (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
The placement of the Notes was carried out by Banco Santander Argentina S.A. and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. as arrangers and placement agents, and by BNP Paribas (Sucursal Buenos Aires), Banco Comafi S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco Mariva S.A. and Macro Securities S.A.U. as placement agents (all of them jointly, the "Placement Agents").
