Ledesma S.A.A.I. (the "Issuer", the "Company" and/or "Ledesma", indistinctly), a leading agribusiness company in Argentina, issued class 13 notes for a face amount of ARS $7,000,000,000, under its global notes program for up to USD 150,000,000 (the "Notes"). The proceeds will be applied to working capital and the refinancing of short-term financial liabilities of the Company.
The issuance of the Notes took place on July 27th and was widely oversubscribed, receiving purchase orders for an aggregate amount up to AR$ 8,117,000,000, demonstrating a renewed market interest in quality corporate notes.
The Notes were issued on July 31st, 2023, are denominated and payable in AR$, will accrue interest at a floating rate, equivalent to the private Badlar rate plus a cut-off margin of 4.00%, and the maturity date will be on January 31st, 2025.
Ledesma was advised by Nicholson y Cano Abogados, while Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Banco Santander Argentina S.A. and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. as organizers and placement agents, and Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco Patagonia S.A., Macro Securities S.A.U., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. and Consultatio Investments S.A., as placement agents.
