Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Mirgor S.A.C.I.F.I.A (“Mirgor”) on the issuance of Class IV simple notes, maturing on January 29, 2026, which were issued under its global negotiable obligations issuance program for a maximum outstanding nominal value of up to US$300,000,000 (the “Program” and the “Notes” respectively).
Mirgor is a company with more than 40 years of experience, which covers different industries in Argentina: automotive, consumer electronics and telephony, retail, services, agriculture and livestock, steel trading, among others, highlighting in the manufacture of air conditioning equipment in the automotive industry; in the manufacture, production and commercialization of cell phones and televisions in the white goods industry; the provision of logistic and technical services and the performance of export operations related to the agricultural industry.
The Notes were issued for a nominal value of USD 26,497,257 are denominated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed interest rate of 8.25% nominal per annum, maturing on July 29, 2027.
