(the “Bank”), regarding the issuance of the Notes Series No. 2 (the “Note Series No. 2”) and of the Notes Series No. 3 (the “Note Series No. 3”, and together with the Note Series No. 3, the “Notes”), issued under the Frequent Issuer Regime, Frequent Issuer Registry No. 1 granted by Disposition No. ID-2018-57-APN-GE#CNV dated November 1, 2018 and ratified by Disposition No. DI-2019-31-APN-GE#CNV dated April 9, 2019 from the “Gerencia de Emisoras” of the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
On November 29, 2019, the Bank successfully completed the placement and issuance of the Note Series No. 2 for an aggregate of AR$296,664,432. Note Series No. 2 have a maturity of 6 months from its issue date and bear an interest rate of the Private Badlar Rate (Tasa Badlar Privada) plus 6.00% per annum, payable on a quarterly basis, and the Note Series No. 3 for an aggregate of AR$203,335,568. Note Series No. 3 have a maturity of 12 months from its issue date and bear an interest rate of the Private Badlar Rate (Tasa Badlar Privada) plus 8.50% per annum, payable on a quarterly basis.
The offering was directed to the domestic market and therefore the Notes will be listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and admitted for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
