In accordance with the bylaws of Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM), the partners' meeting decided to reelect partners Guillermo E. Quiñoa, P. Eugenio Aramburu and Luis D. Barry as members of the Executive Committee por a new 2-year term. Likewise, Founding Partner Jorge L. Pérez Alati will maintain his position as Chairman of the Firm.
