On October 20, 2021, FYO successfully completed the issuance of Series No I Notes for a total face value of USD 12.313.492 (US Dollars twelve million three hundred and thirteen thousand four hundred ninety two), will bear an annual interest rate of 0.0%, at an issuance price of 100% of face value, and will mature on October 22, 2023.
The offer was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and for negotiation in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
