Dumping. Rodamientos provenientes de la India

El 26 de febrero de 2021 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución Nº 46/2021 de la Secretaría de Industria, Economía del Conocimiento y Gestión Comercial Externa del Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo, por medio de la cual se declaró procedente la apertura de una investigación por presunto dumping en operaciones de exportación hacia la República Argentina de rodamientos de bolas, radiales, de una hilera de bolas, de diámetro exterior superior o igual a 30 mm pero inferior o igual a 120 mm, y de más de 0,025 kg/unidad, excepto los tipos como RST y los de aro interior extendido (PA 8482.10.10 NCM), provenientes de la República de la India.

Para así decidir, consideró que el margen de dumping generado por estas importaciones es de 154,78% y concluyó, además, que existen pruebas suficientes que respaldan las alegaciones de un daño importante a la rama de producción nacional.

Las partes interesadas que acrediten su condición de tal, podrán participar en la investigación.

Dumping. Placas de vidrio provenientes de la República de Turquía y el Reino de Tailandia

El 26 de febrero de 2021 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución Nº 47/2021 de la Secretaría de Industria, Economía del Conocimiento y Gestión Comercial Externa del Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo, por medio de la cual se declaró procedente la apertura de una investigación por presunto dumping en operaciones de exportación hacia la República Argentina de plaquitas de vidrio, incluso con soporte, para mosaicos o decoraciones similares (PA 7016.10.00 NCM), provenientes de la República de Turquía y el Reino de Tailandia.

Para así decidir, consideró que el margen de dumping generado por estas exportaciones provenientes de Turquía es de 271,56%, mientras que aquellas provenientes de Tailandia es de 981,69%. Concluyó, además, que existen pruebas suficientes que respaldan las alegaciones de un daño importante a la rama de producción nacional.

Las partes interesadas que acrediten su condición de tal, podrán participar en la investigación.

Dumping. Ball bearings from India

On February 26, 2021, Resolution No. 46/2021 of the Secretariat of Industry, Knowledge Economy and External Commercial Management of the Ministry of Productive Development was published in the Official Gazette. It initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of radial ball bearings, single row, of an outer diameter greater than or equal to 30 mm but less than or equal to 120 mm, and of more than 0.025 kg / unit except for those types such as RST and extended inner ring, classified under tariff number 8482.10.10, from the Republic of India.

The preliminary margin of dumping has been determined to be 154.78%. The abovementioned resolution also concluded that there is sufficient evidence to support the allegations of material injury to the domestic industry.

Interested parties who prove their status as such, may participate in the investigation.


Dumping. Glass tiles from Turkey and Thailand

On February 26, 2021, Resolution No. 47/2021 of the Secretariat of Industry, Knowledge Economy and External Commercial Management of the Ministry of Productive Development was published in the Official Gazette. It initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of glass tiles, whether or not supported, for mosaics or similar decorations, classified under tariff number 7016.10.00, from the Republic of Turkey and the Kingdom of Thailand.

The preliminary margin of dumping has been determined to be 271.56% for those operations coming from Turkey, and 981.69% for those from Thailand. The abovementioned resolution also concluded that there is sufficient evidence to support the allegations of material injury to the domestic industry.

Interested parties who prove their status as such, may participate in the investigation.
