Nuevas reglamentaciones en materia de Derecho Aeronáutico
Esta semana se publicaron en el Boletín Oficial tres nuevas reglamentaciones relacionadas con la industria aeronáutica:
Reglamentación del Registro Nacional de Aeronaves
El Decreto Nº 639/2024 aprobó la Reglamentación del Registro Nacional de Aeronaves e implementó el correspondiente registro.
La reglamentación establece que el registro funcionará en el ámbito de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil y tendrá por objeto la registración digital, remota y ágil de las aeronaves y/o de sus motores, con jurisdicción sobre todo el territorio de la República Argentina. Además, se incorpora la libre elección de la marca de identificación de las aeronaves, entre otras modificaciones.
Reglamento para la Aviación Civil no Tripulada
A través del Decreto Nº 663/2024 se aprobó el Reglamento para la Aviación Civil no Tripulada, que establece los principios generales aplicables a la aviación civil no tripulada y una regulación de las categorías de aeronaves y sistemas de aeronaves remotamente tripuladas o no tripuladas; ello, junto con una serie de disposiciones de carácter general que serán de aplicación en la materia.
Procedimiento para la remoción de aeronaves
Por último, mediante el Decreto Nº 664/2024 se establece el procedimiento para la remoción de aeronaves accidentadas o inmovilizadas y cuyos propietarios no se presenten a reclamarlas.

New regulations in Aviation Law
Three new regulations related to the aviation industry were published in the Official Gazette this week:
Regulation of the National Registry of Aircrafts
Decree No. 639/2024 approves the new Regulation of the National Registry of Aircrafts and implements the pertinent registry.
The regulation establishes that the registry shall operate within the scope of the National Civil Aviation Administration and its purpose will be the digital, remote and expeditious registration of aircrafts and/or their engines, having jurisdiction over the entire territory of the Argentine Republic. Additionally, it incorporates the free choice of the aircraft identification mark, among other modifications.
Regulation for Unmanned Civil Aviation
Decree No. 663/2024 approves the Regulation for Unmanned Civil Aviation that establishes the general principles applicable to unmanned civil aviation and a regulation of the categories of remotely piloted or unmanned aircrafts and aircraft systems; this, together with a series of general provisions that will be applicable to this matter.
Procedure for the Removal of Aircrafts
Finally, Decree No. 664/2024 establishes the procedure for the removal of aircrafts that have been involved in an accident or are in fact immobilized and their owner or operator does not show up to claim them.
