Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Domec in the issuance of 81.000.000 new ordinary shares with a par value of $1 per share, each with the right to one vote and with the right to dividends on equal terms to those currently in circulation (“New Shares”).
The offer was made without an issue premium and the subscription price was $1 per share, as authorized by the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company held on December 6, 2018 and by the Company's Board of Directors on December 21, 2018. As a result, the capital stock reached the amount of $100,000,000 (U.S. $ 1,818,181.82). The funds obtained will be destined to the integration of working capital.

The National Securities Commission authorized the public offering of the New Shares on May 13, 2019, and the issuance took place on July 17, 2019.
