Investigación por expiración del plazo de las medidas antidumping aplicadas sobre amortiguadores de motocicletas y velocípedos equipados con motor auxiliar originarios de China

El 12 de abril de 2024 entró en vigencia la Resolución N° 181/2024 del Ministerio de Economía por medio de la cual se declaró procedente la apertura del examen por expiración del plazo de las medidas antidumping dispuestas por la Resolución N° 253/2019 del ex Ministerio de Producción y Trabajo para las operaciones de exportación hacia la República Argentina de amortiguadores, incluso conjunto resorte-amortiguador, formando un solo cuerpo, de los tipos utilizados en motocicletas (incluidos los ciclomotores), y velocípedos equipados con motor auxiliar, con sidecar o sin él (N.C.M. 8714.10.00 y 8714.99.90) originarias de la República Popular China.

Asimismo, se mantiene vigente la medida aplicada por la Resolución N° 253/2019, hasta tanto concluya el procedimiento de examen iniciado.


Investigación por expiración del plazo de las medidas antidumping aplicadas sobre termos originarios de China

El 12 de abril de 2024 entró en vigencia la Resolución N° 174/2024 del Ministerio de Economía por medio de la cual se declaró procedente la apertura del examen por expiración del plazo de las medidas antidumping dispuestas por la Resolución N° 243/2019 del ex Ministerio de Producción y Trabajo para las operaciones de exportación hacia la República Argentina de termos y demás recipientes isotérmicos con ampolla de acero inoxidable de capacidad inferior o igual a 2.5 L y termos y demás recipientes isotérmicos con ampolla de vidrio y con capacidades de hasta 2.5 L (N.C.M.  9617.00.10) originarias de la República Popular China. 

Asimismo, se mantiene vigente la medida aplicada por la Resolución N° 243/2019, hasta tanto concluya el procedimiento de examen iniciado.

Investigation upon the expiration of antidumping measures on export operations to Argentina of motorcycle shock absorbers and motorized bicycles from China

Resolution No. 181/2024 of the Ministry of Economy, effective as of April 12, 2024, initiated a review on the expiry of the antidumping duties imposed by Resolution No. 253/2019 of the former Ministry of Production and Labour of shock absorbers, including spring-shock absorber assemblies, forming a single unit, of the types used in motorcycles (including mopeds) and motorized bicycles, with or without sidecar (M.C.N. 8714.10.00 y 8714.99.90) from the People’s Republic of China. 

It also decided to maintain the antidumping duties established by Resolution No. 253/2019 until the completion of the aforementioned review. 


Investigation upon the expiration of antidumping measures on export operations to Argentina of vacuum bottles from China

Resolution No. 174/2024 of the Ministry of Economy, effective as of April 12, 2024, initiated a review on the expiry of the antidumping duties imposed by Resolution No. 243/2019 of the former Ministry of Production and Labour of vacuum bottles and other isothermal containers with a stainless steel flask with a capacity of less than or equal to 2.5 L and vacuum bottles and other isothermal containers with a glass flask and capacities of up to 2.5 L (M.C.N.  9617.00.10) from the People’s Republic of China. 

It also decided to maintain the antidumping duties established by Resolution No. 243/2019 until the completion of the aforementioned review.
